state and local events in hockey, figure skating and speed skating.
Public Skating – Come and enjoy the fun and exercise of ice
skating! Multiple sessions are available
each week to skaters of all ages and skill levels. Bring the whole family! Skate rentals are available. Keep an eye on the schedule for special

Drop-in Hockey – This “pick-up”
style program is great for the individual player who’s looking to skate
throughout the week without a long-term commitment. Adult drop-in is for
skaters 18 years of age and older.
Special youth drop-in hockey times are designated at different times
throughout the year, mainly during summer, holiday and school breaks. Click here for more info about Drop-in.
Learn to Skate –To determine what form of skating (figure,
speed, or hockey) you’re interested in, you can visit the different disciplines
in the blue menu bar to the left. Each
major user group conducts their own entry-level skating program, and is linked
to their respective discipline. By
following that link, you’ll have access to their history, programs, schedules
and costs.
Skating Parties –If you’re looking
for that unique place for your party, your search ends here. We can host
groups from the smallest to largest sizes.

Field
Trips
– Whether you’re looking for a learning experience or just looking to have fun,
the MCA can accommodate your group. Ice skating has multiple learning
opportunities which are great for phys-ed and science classes.
Broomball – This program is a fun activity played on ice with shoes and a broom, with a premise like hockey where you try to get the ball into your opponent’s goal. Broomball is a great team building activity and it’s a very unique event. It is currently offered only to private ice rentals.
